ABOUT US
Georgia Connection is a women's a cappella singing
organization in the traditional four-part Barbershop style.
We were officially chartered as a chapter on February 7,
1997 by Harmony, Inc., the international governing body of
80 chapters composed of well over 2000 members. Harmony also
sponsors annual contests within 6 geographical areas as well
as an International Contest and Convention.
Georgia Connection entered its first Area 6 contest in
April of 1997, just 8 weeks after being officially
chartered...and won First Place!
We have continued our winning ways,
garnering an Area 6 First Place in:
1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003,
2004, 2005, 2006. 2007, 2008 and 2009!
